Camping Rates and Information

2024 Camping Rates:

​

  • Site Occupancy is for One Family.  One family includes two adults and three children (17 & under). 

  • One camping unit and one vehicle on site.  A camping unit is defined as a tent, popup, travel trailer, 5th wheel, etc.

  • First vehicle is included with your reservation.  Additional vehicles must be registered and fees paid upon arrival at the campground. Extra vehicles are charged $10 per stay and are to be parked in the visitor parking area.  Every vehicle  MUST display a car pass.

  • Friends and/or additional family members must get an additional camp site.   

  • Holiday Stays require a three night minimum and other stays a two night minimum.

  • Check-In:   2 P.M. until 7 P.M

  • Check-Outby 12 Noon

  • Early arrivals from 9 A.M. to 2 P.M. add $10.00 extra per hour.  Subject to site availability. 

  • Arrivals prior to 9  A.M. are considered an additional night.

  • Late arrivals & departures are subject to an additional fee.  Please notify the office to make arrangements.

  • Late check-out available until 4 P.M. is $25.00 based on site availability.  After 4 P.M. checkout, you will be charged a full day.

  • No check-ins or check-outs on Saturday.

  • QUIET TIME is 10 P.M. to 8 A.M.

  • We do not have direct sewer campsites but provide three courtesy dump stations upon departure.

  • Dump station is free for use by our camping guests upon departure.

  • Dump station off road use and not camping with us is a $20.00 fee.

  • Weekly and Monthly rates are available.  Please contact us for more details on longer term stays.

  • Do not use any site other than the site assigned.

  • No parking on open sites.

  • NSF Check Fee —$50.00.

  • All rates/fees are subject to WI sales tax.

  • All rates are subject to change without notice. 

  • Seasonal Sites are a great way to camp.

  • For more information about seasonal camping,  please call the office to make an appointment to view the campground.

Reservations, Deposits & Cancellations:

​

  • All campers and guests MUST register immediately upon arrival at office.

  • Reservations can be made by calling (920) 388-4983 or online under the reservation tab.

  • Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license to make a reservation and to camp.  If age 21, all in party have to be 21 or older.

  • Advanced reservations only.  Each reservation must have a name, address, telephone number, length and type of camping unit, number of people on site,  license number of  vehicle and number of pets.  Limit of two pets per campsite.

  • Reservations  are  to be paid  in  full  at  time  of  booking by VISA or MasterCard. 

  • Camp sites are not reserved until payment is received. Camp sites can be held for 24 hrs.

  • No cash refunds.  No refunds for holiday weekends, no shows, early departures, inclement weather or removal from campground.  Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to arrival date to receive a camping credit for future camping minus a $25 handling fee.

  • Failure to comply with rules & regulations may result in termination of your camp stay with us without a refund.

 

​Day and Overnight Visitors/Guests:

  • Please advise your visitors prior to arrival that they will be charged a fee for use of the facility. 

  •  All visitors MUST register immediately upon arrival and pay the visitor's fee, day and/or overnight.

  • Day Visitors must leave the campground by 9 P.M.

  • Overnight Visitors are limited per campsite, must stay in same camping unit and leave the campground by 11 A.M. the following morning.  Visitors who wish to stay later, must re-register by 10 A.M. 

  • Your camping fee does not include your visitors.  

  • NO PETS for visitors. 

  • Visitor vehicles are not allowed in the campground and are to be parked in the visitor's parking lot by the office.

  • Please make sure they know and follow Cedar Valley Campground rules.  

  • Day or Overnight Visitors may be limited during peak and/or holiday weekends.

  • We are a private campground, so viewing our campground is by appointment only.

  • It is the registered camper's responsibility to review these rules and regulations and share them with everyone on their site.  Persons not registered will be asked to leave.  Failure to comply with any campground rules and regulations may result in termination of your camp stay without a refund.
