Camping Rates and Information

April 25 -- October 1, 2019

Rates subject to change without notice


  • All campsites are for one(1) family, two (2) adults (19 and over) and up to three(3) dependent children seventeen (17) and younger.   Extra fees will apply if you have extra people.

  • One (1) Camping Unit per camp site.

  • One (1) Vehicle per camp site. The first car is included with your reservation.  Any additional vehicles must be registered and fees pain upon arrival at the campground.  Extra vehicles are charged $5 per stay up to a two to three night stay and are to be parked in the visitor parking lot.  Every vehicle MUST display a car pass.

  • Water, electric, a picnic table and a fire pit are provided on each site.   

  • Check-In Time 2:00-9:00 P.M. Early arrivals between 11 A.M. and 2 P.M. add $5.00 extra per hour.   Subject to site availability.  Arrivals prior to 9 A.M. are considered an additional night.

  • Check-Out Time by 12 Noon:  Late departures must notify the office by 10 A.M.  Late check-out until 4 P.M. is $5.00 per hour based on site availability. After 4 P.M. you will be charged a full day.

  • Dump station is free for use by our camping guests upon departure.  If you need to dump upon arrival, there is a $10.00 fee. Dumping station off road use and not camping with us is $20.00. 

  • NSF Check Fee —$50.00

  • Weekly Special—Stay six  nights,  get the seventh night FREE!  (Except holidays).

  • Seasonal rates available, please call the office for details.

  • Two night minimum stay on weekends. 

  • Three night minimum stay on holiday weekends.

  • Do not use any site other than site assigned.  No parking on open sites.

  • Reservations cannot start on Saturdays during our prime camping season (Memorial Day to Labor Day).

  • All rates/fees are subject to WI sales tax and are subject to change without notice.

Reservations, Deposits & Cancellations:

  • All campers must register upon arrival.

  • Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license to make a reservation and to camp.  If age 21, all in party must be 21 or older.   

  • Reservations are recommended.  Each reservation must have a name, address, telephone number, length and type of camping unit, number of people on site, license number of vehicle, and number of pets.  Only two pets are allowed per site. 

  • All reservations are to be paid in full at time of booking by VISA or MasterCard, or if paying by check must be received in five days.  Camp Sites are not reserved until payment is received.  Reservations can be made on line at www.cedarvalleycampground.com or by calling
    (920) 388-4983.

  • No cash refunds on camp site reservations.  A credit for future camping in same year will be issued minus a $20.00 processing fee if cancelled 14 days prior to arrival date.  Monies forfeited if cancelled in less time.  No refunds on holiday weekends, no shows, early departures, inclement weather or removal from campground.

  • QUIET TIME is 11 P.M. to 8 A.M. 

  • Failure to comply with posted rules and regulations may result in termination of your camp stay with us without a refund.


Day and Overnight Visitors/Guests:


  • All visitors to any campsite MUST register in office and obtain a visiting pass before entering the campground regardless of how long they are staying.  

  • Please advise your visitors prior to arrival, they will be charged a fee for use of the facility.

  • $10.00 --  per person for a day visit.

  • $15.00 --  per person for overnight.  (Must stay in same camping unit).

  • Visiting hours are from 9 A.M. to 8 P.M.  No visitors admitted after 8 P.M.

  • Visitors/Guests may not bring pets.

  • Visitor vehicles are not allowed in campground. Please park your vehicle in the visitor parking lot.

  • Limit of four (4) guest/visitors per site.

  • Visitors are the responsibility of the registered camper and must follow all rules and regulations.  More than four guest at your site at any time, MUST have prior office approval.
